Dropped in for a visit on Sunday morning (7-24-22). Parking facilities were great. I elated from my vehicle and a lovely-long haired brunette escorted me to the sanctuary. Quickly I found a seat without another person in the entire row. Out of nowhere a gentleman comes up to me and says, "you're in my seat." Immediately, I apologized and headed down the row. I was ready to sit when he commented "don't seat there either, it's for my wife who sings in the choir." Rats, I thought, all of these invisible people suddenly showing up for their own seats. Alas, though I found a spot free of intervention. The service & singing were dry. At the end, a fine looking-suited gentleman prayed for us & we filed out the doors. I briskly moved towards the only men's room. It was packed and in poor condition. Think of this, thousands coming out of the worship center & only 1 men's lavatory. Folks, build more bathrooms - 10 should do it - 5 for women & 5 for men. Next, I tried to purchase a breakfast burrito advertised at $6.50. However, the cashier charged me $7.71, I kindly mentioned there must an error. Another lady popped up and said the sign was wrong and the higher price was right. Wouldn't it be great if for once the higher price was wrong & the lower one was right? We all know that never happens in rigid capitalism. I exercised a tad bit of consumer sovereignty and left. As I looked back, it seemed like there is not much of a sense of holiness here. Rather it was mostly beige stucco poured into the air. Homeward bound, held joyous esteem.

Went for the 1st time last night. The main pastor had a fill in and it was one of the very best sermons I've ever heard in my life. The speaker had been a missionary to Papua New Guinea. Not " hype", just plain truth, positive, inspiring.

It's best to find the scriptures that answer that and back it up however It ultimately comes down to whether or not they choose to have the faith to believe it. I know that so many the concept of self is hard to grasp so in a strictly human way of thinking I can be explained that a man can be someone's father someone son and someone's husband all of which are three entirely separate rolls and represent entirely separate people so that they influence but they are all contained within one body one person and identity so to speak
The answer to this question is 1 John 5:7 "There are three that bare wittness in heaven; the father, the word (Jesus) and the holy spirit, and these three are ONE". If someone doesnt believe in the trinity after reading this scripture, then either they dont believe the bible, or they are in your path to disrupt your own faith. DONT LET THEIR BRAINWASHING spread.

Sabbath day IS NOT SUNDAY!!! The Catholic church started that lie. NOBODY OR ORGANIZATION has the authority to CHANGE Gods holy day. The Sabbath day IS the 7th day of the week (SATURDAY, [SABATO]..IT MEANS SABBATH!) NOT THE 1st day (day of sun worship) of the week like the pagans!
Yes. God can do all things that we cannot. We are all from dust and return to dust. Absent from our bodies is to be present with God. God will fix all things in due time. Cremation is just a faster way of getting our bodies where they will eventually be. And God can restore and fix anything.

Check out shadowmountain.org to know if he's there on a given Sunday. He does travel some, as well as take the month of August off from preaching. You can watch live or previous services on the website.
Generally, Dr Jeremiah is there through year end. Services are 5pm Saturdays and 9am and 1045 Sundays. There may be an added service and changed times the week before or week of Christmas. Best to check the website for that. There will be a live nativity in the service the weekend of December 18/19, 2021.

First....mourn. take the time to grieve, be in prayer and seek others to pray with and for you ( I'm praying for you). Everyone grieves differently and for different lengths of time. Do not measure yourself against others. Go to church, don't forsake the assembly or distant yourself from others. If you're up to it, even going out for a cup of coffee with friends. Do not try to enter another relationship until you feel you're fully ready. My daughter became a widow at a very young age.... she's gone thru this now for going on 7 years and is just now ready to date. But instead of just going out with anyone shes been in prayer that if God has someone for her that He would provide the right Godfilled man. Just please remember that God loves you and He will get you thru this time. If I can help in anyway please dont hesitate to reach out! God bless and keep you!!

My humble opinion would be that while Halloween may have originated that way, Shadow Mtn. does in no way condone those origins, rather they organize an event that coinsides with Halloween but has nothing to do with it's origins. It's just a fun event for the family with rides and candy where Christians can get together with other Christians or even invite non-Christians and enjoy a fun-filled evening in a safe environment.
Shadow Mountain believes the Holy Spirit is still very much alive and active in the believers lives today. But they do not believe that speaking in tongues is for today. I personally believe in speaking in tongues as well as dreams and visions. God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit are the same yesterday, today, and forever. So what happened in the Bible can happen today through those that believe and will allow the Holy Spirit to move. Shadow Mountain is a good church that has Biblical teachings and great worship music.

It is difficult to day because the only known services are the ones up until December 24. However, when it comes to the new year, unless notified in advance, their services are usually at their regular time (9am and 10:45am) or close to it (9am and 11am).
