Im confused and disappointed because i was under the impression that by participating in halloween event was not of God because it had to do with witches/ghost,demons etc, shouldnt our pastor Jeremiah not be supporting by having pumpkin day event?

My humble opinion would be that while Halloween may have originated that way, Shadow Mtn. does in no way condone those origins, rather they organize an event that coinsides with Halloween but has nothing to do with it's origins. It's just a fun event for the family with rides and candy where Christians can get together with other Christians or even invite non-Christians and enjoy a fun-filled evening in a safe environment.
