Polite workers, easy parking! Some offices allow you to use tape complimentary, not this one. You may want to come with your own unless you are willing to pay for a roll. :)

Roger William is the worst clerk in this location, he's ex Military or something he Treated people in the Post Office like they are an animals, I told him to have better Attitude and Treat coustms as civilian not like a His soldiers .

Combination door lock. Sometimes a line if a slow cashier. Often mail in box of a stranger repeatedly refused. Under construction for a lengthy time. Some homeless took up residence for a time. Seems to be improving. Now closes at 5 PM.

Hi there, you can take a passport photo at CVS. I have found that is the quickest/easiest way to get it done.
yes, you have to fill out ds-11 and make an appointment. both parents (and child) need to be present. bring original birth certificate and both parents driver's licenses and bring his old passport. you cannot renew passport if child is under 16, you have to go through whole process

The 401 W. Lexington ave post office has a current "up time" (the time the mail is supposed to be done) of 11:00 am. Only if something goes wrong would the mail be delivered after that. Though larger parcels/packages are sometimes finished after because of the extra steps of putting them into parcel lockers.

Hopefully if u put in a forward from your old address to present address is still active u can receive it that way, or u can call post office where it's being mail and tell them the situation they may be able to help you take care

You have to call or go in and asks for a passport clerk to help
the only way to make an appt is through the website. you are probably trying to pick a day that is already fully booked. try to pick a day that is further out and it will work.
Go to the retail window, if you're the primary box-holder and you have your i.d. to prove you're you, then you can get an extra key $9.00 $3 key $6 deposit (possibly the other way around)

If the code changed they should've notified you. Unfortunately because of the homeless using the PO BOX area as a bathroom, they had to lock it up...
The clerks at the retail counter and/or the lobby attendant (red vest person) can give you a packet that has a COD (change of address) card in it. Just ask for a "change of address card"
