They implemented a new system, that you have to take a number just like the real DMV. The wait time is 3 hours, just horrendous. Everyone was very rude and not informative.I do not recommend this place. Three hour wait, just go to the DMV.

No. This is only CDL testing location. If you have a CDL you can go to the DMV at 1530 Hilton Head Rd #105, El Cajon, CA 92019 Other wise you need to go to any other DMV
