They Lied About Tickets Being Doubled But Otherwise Ok Great People Skills

Service was was good. The gentleman was very polite and explained to me what I need to do to renew my tags. One concern when they mail a camera ticket to you and post office delivery mail late. Therefore I'm getting notice to late and my tickets are doubled before I have a chance to pay .

Very nice, clean facility, with clean bathrooms for the customers good seating some good customer service reps, some have a slight attitude have you coming back to produce documents that they could have told you day one of your visit there so please beware

From my experience, you must bring all your documents such as; photo ID, social security card, birth certificate (original documents) proof of residency (mail, like your car registration and such). You may also contact the adjudication department at DMV. I help that helps. Have a peaceful day😇
Are you renewing or your first time for a driver's permit? If you never had a driver's permit you must start with a learners permit, which must be done on line at the DC DMV click on learners permit test. If you are renewing, you must have Identification card, social security card, birth certificate, proof of residence and renewal fee, you can check for fees on the DC DMV website.
