Reflections at Happy Valley Apartments

It's a complete shame that the management accepts lies and false accusations based on what one person is making up and not even come to me with any questions or to hear what I have to say. Not too mention management hasn't even reached out to me to offer solutions or mediation of any kind. Instead my lease is being terminated on May 12th two days after my birthday and I have 2 children 10 and 7. My rights as a person are being completely disrespected and disregarded for one person's lies and my complaints seem to have just disappeared and not been logged. I'm in not so good health and my depression is kicking in. What do I do?

You dont wanna live here! The price may seem tempting but take it from someone who knows- complex was bad before but then they got bought by Avana and it's been so much worse. All experiences I've had so far with the office folks have been awesome, so it's a shame that actually living here is so bad. They removed all the garbage cans months ago and we still havent gotten them back, and the list for why they didnt pick up your trash that week is LONG, so that's why theres trash everywhere as noted in other reviews. Weekly lawn maintenance they do twice in the same day, twice a week. (Not sure what they're mowing at that point) So not a very baby friendly neighborhood! The past month+ theres been daily construction on the walls of the building, starts at 8 am and they will hammer and drill so hard into your wall that the floor shakes and everything you have on the walls fall off! Had a guy water pressure all the buildings causing dirt and mud to shoot under the door frame and into the apartment. (Theres still debris everywhere, not sure what he was water pressuring) No email warnings. Just happens. Meanwhile half of the mailboxes were broken into 4+ MONTHS ago and they STILL havent been fixed. Even the post office guy is telling us he has no clue what's taking them so long to fix it. Discussed with a woman who lived in the apartments how she has no way to drive all the way to the post office to grab her mail and wont be able to get it till months from then when she moves out, something that should be a basic necessity made completely inaccessible for no apparent reason? Doesnt seem very accessible for a company that claims to care about that! If you have another option, take it! This place will suck you dry of money and life lmfao
