Honestly I only still have a storage unit there due to lack of help moving my things. They are way, way overpriced. The rent jumped from $71 to $115 after six months! There's so many storage places here now it's ridiculous so you'd think they would not be overpriced as my 5 x 10 is but they all are and that's so not cool! Price gouging I thought was against the law but maybe it's just pricy for me. Still.

I don't rent here but I am able to make payments at this location. Eric has always been so understanding and easy to talk to. The other location i rent i can't get any customer service or explanation. Eric helped me understand why my rent went up and also helped with bringing it back down.

Manager on site is always helpful and friendly. Only one issue, I've been renting for over 7 months and they raised my rent but I still don't have a working light in my unit. Will possibly have to move out if it doesn't get fix soon now that it gets dark at 6pm.

Shawn was very professional, friendly and helpful. Location is ideal and storage units are pretty good size for the money. On site security so I feel safe. Lights in hall and in each unit. I highly recommend this location.
