Joseph was so helpful during our experience at the Clackamas location! Not only was he extremely friendly and easy to speak with, but he made the transition of our service so smooth. He saved us money on our cell phones, and then helped us out with a little extra savings on our internet. Usually I dread going in to talk with service providers, but Joseph was absolutely perfect! Thank you again for being awesome ❤️

I just want to say that while I’m not at all impressed with Xfinity service through phone. I am however, over the moon with the experience I received in person. I had so much difficulty trying to get my Apple Watch connected to a line. Tried calling and tbh many people over the phone had no clue what or how to deal with troubleshooting Apple products. Anyways. I was literally about to cancel everything with Xfinity until these 2 gentlemen saved the day! Complete experts I tell ya! And very patient representative. Literally kept my cool because they turned my bad experience into a good one with the convos while I waited. Shoutout to Devyn Roberts and Robert Pacheco for fixing my issue and for giving excellent customer service! You guys are awesome and keep up the good work! Give them a raise! (I swear they’re that badass!) 🙌🏼

After spending hours on the phone to resolve disconnected services in error, being transferred multiple times and being hung up on - I came into this store and worked with Devyn who was absolutely phenomenal. Had my service issues resolved in minutes.

Happy Valley location at the Clackamas Town center.. The first employee that kinda helped us kept looking over to his left like there was a more valuable customer than my wife and I. He finally excused himself and went towards whatever he kept looking at. We got our name checked in and another employee came over to ask us what we needed help with. I started asking questions about the Galaxy A42 5G phone, he told us he's an Apple user and doesn't know much about non Apple phones. Seriously??? Your employees should know something about every product you carry in that store. Between the first guy pretty much ignoring us and the second guy being no help, I don't recommend this location.
