Great place for breakfast. The gluten free avocado toast was tasty.

Your staff is great. The last 2 times we have eaten there the loaded hashbrown have been gross I love that you have gluten-free French toat but why not the syrup. And the processed cheese on the omelet. You can do better.

The service was great, food was amazing. All the employees are hot. However when I was going to the bathroom I noticed a huge swarm of fruit flies by the soda machine and near the back of the restaurant seating area. It really ruined my appetite especially since noticing them there I started to notice them everywhere else in the restaurant. If they get that fixed I would give 10 stars:)

Been going here when it was Hales for years, and many times since Biscuits took over. Have been at this location at least 15-20 times as Biscuits, since it is geographically convenient for my friends to meet up. Our thoughts? They are SUPER inconsistent. Sometimes eggs and other items come out hot and fresh, but more often than not they are luke warm at best. I actually stopped ordering scrambled eggs entirely because every single time they were cold. Like, sitting out for an hour or two cold. It was pathetic! Worse, maybe every week or four you get good service, but most of the time you get a waiter/waitress that shows up for the order, and then not again for 30-40 minutes. It is the worst service ever, and we are not picky! Last time we were there, we arrived at 11:30am on the dot, and it took literally 45 minutes from being seated to ordering and receiving our food, which was not complex or special in any way. It was all breakfast stuff that takes maybe 7-10 min to cook at most! The prior time it was almost as bad. And after all that wait, the food we received was poor to mediocre at best! The hash browns were burned orange/red, and tasted like caramelized cooking spray. (The horrible taste you get when you overcook things on your stove. It was disgusting.) My friends' over easy eggs were anything but over easy, and his hash browns were just as ruined. We also have had the same terrible level of quality AND service at the Johnson Creek location. Actually worse, as a matter of fact. Bottom line, I cannot recommend this restaurant or their chain at all. While you may get lucky, and 30-50 percent of the time your food will be good and delivered on time, 50-70 percent of the time it will be slow, cold, or otherwise gross. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Not the hamburger buns but we do sell the toast bread. Sour dough, wheat and the rye.
