I absolutely LOVE the work Jess does. She did a piece for my youngest daughter and from there on.... My eldest daughter and I have tats from her now. Jess is very creative and detail minded. Once I figure out what I want next, I will be contacting Sanctuary Tattoo. Phenomenal !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Thank you Shelby! I will always strive to keep doing my best! :)

Unfortunately we do not offer piercings; we only color on people.
Its lil jess from sanctuary! We dont charge hourly! Were pretty decent on our pricing and you will get great work by either of us. Remember though there are 2 jess's. Jessica Whitmore and jessie renee! Please always specify which artist you want or if it doesnt matter. We stay pretty busy! Thank you!
