Went for a "Things To Do DC" event. I feel like the amount of food taken away just to stick to the itinerary was wild. It was not the best event from "things to do" I've been to, but it was nice.

There's no denying that things were a hot mess early in the year, at least regarding study visas. It seems like new people stepped in these past few months, though, and there has been a huge improvement in communication, availability, and service. Patrizia was incredibly helpful above all in ensuring all of my students were taken care of. Very happy with final outcome of everything.

Be aware, you will wait forever for a simple visa pick up. And they will not let you in even through the front gate. They do not respect the 10-11 am pick up time they instructed you. The visa office needs to be more realistic about their scheduling capacity. What’s the point of scheduling if you end up getting a long queue of people that you can’t handle for the day?

same question
You need a tourist Visa, so a scheguan visa might have spelled it wrong tho
You don't need a visa unless you stay over 90 days but your mother need a tourist visa. Follow their directions from their web page. People at the embassy super friendly. They will help with any questions.
Me and my daughter are planing to go to Italy on the 24 of June we both are US citizen and have US passport do we need a visa?
You definitely have to! Italian traffic law states that if you are not part of the E.U.an international drivers license is mandatory, along with your present driving license. If you rent a car you'll need to show both documents to the rental agent.Every time I driven in Italy, the past 10yrs. , I've had to present both drivers license,at rental agency & when stopped by police
I'm not sure whether either of these is possible, but the folks at the embassy will be the ones who could help you. Email or call them directly.
I suppose you should have a phone appointment with the embassy to have the most realistic answer to this very important question.
Yes, but with a return ticket to US or Pakistan confirmed.
I write a letter for the White House ?
No, she have to apply in Turkey
Dear Colombi, on the embassy website you will find all the information you will need to register with AIRE and to be able to make an appointment.
I recently applied for visa too at the DC office. The system was not working for me either but it worked for a friend of mine who did not need the appointment so I used that. Other than that I emailed and called them multiple times and unfortunately they have replied on the email saying to just try booking on their website. Also make sure where exactly you need to apply based on your location from their website. Good luck!!
Best way to know it is thru the Airline you travel with. They are always the most updated on every travel rule. Usually on their website you find everything.
To my knowledge-- No visa needed, but you have to be fully vaccinated
Good Embassy
A negative Covid test done not more than 24h before landing.
We got a rapid covid test at the airport the night before, and had our vaccination cards. My son is 5 years old, and he also had to get a covid test. It's the molecular test.
I assume you're referring to the covid situation. As far as I understand the CDC vaccine certificate is considered equivalent to the green pass. Have a look online for more info.
No
Yes, Italy is open to tourists from other countries, includingthe U.S., but Covid tests are required. Before you go,, check with your airline and any countries where you would be in transit... rules vary.
No visa is required for a 3 month tourist visit. Longer than that you will need to contact the Embassy. I am pretty sure that there are EU restrictions also.
I've been traveling to Milano. I get a PCR 4 days before and a rapid one on the day of travel. Make sure you have your documentation all in order. I have been arranging test 2 days after arrival and 10 days after.
If you have all the paperwork in order (address in Aire has to be up-to-date) the passaport is printed at the time of your appointment. In 10 min it is ready!
All the information are on the embassy webpage
Go online to the prenota website. Login and make an appointment.
I think there is currently a mandatory 14 day quarantine when you ENTER ITALY. Kinda makes a 2 week tour impossible
My daughter is going to study abroad in Rome, her school is in NY and we live in Md. Where should she apply for visa
It depends. Here is a link to their website where they can tell you based on 4 questions about your situation whether you will need a visa or not. http://vistoperitalia.esteri.it/home/en Note: if you plan to visit for longer than a year you will also have to get additional documents from USCIS to keep your US permanent resident status.
The appointment needs to be scheduled through their appointment booking system
I do not know, check with the Embassy direct.
This is a question you must ask the US authorities.
I'm sorry, i can't answer cause I'm just a guide. In my previous experiences, i always used to call them during office time and i found very nice people to talk to.
Because you have a regular U.S. visa I don't think you will have problems even if you're not a resident in U.S.: You can go to the Consulate of Italy in San Francisco for applying
Yes, of course. Your sister can apply for a Schengen tourism Visa
It's something involving the US homeland security, not Italy.
Oh thank you how can I reserve a parking spot?
