I called to ask if it was possible to vote in the Referendum and they falsely answered me that it was not possible, one does not expect that as Bolivians they lie to us at the consulate

I am Bolivian and I need information on a procedure, I do not live near the Embassy to be able to approach it personally, I call and call by phone and nobody answers and even the answering machine has the #1 option for Spanish and it is not in Spanish, it is still in English. I think it is fair that the Bolivian Embassy provides a better service to the general public.
