The lab techs aren't familiar with all tests and messed a more complex test that required blood draws over a two-hour period. First, they drew two vials of blood which they then through away because the instructions on the computer required a few additional clicks that didn't happen, so when she was about to send me on my way, I told her this test requires three draws over 2 hours. She called for a supervisor who then also struggled with the instructions on the computer for a bit until she figured it out. Now, should I be surprised that the results came back as not sufficient to produce a result. Of course not, I new it was going to be messed up when they were prepared to send my on my way and I had to tell them what was required. These folks look fairly young and are trying to draw blood and cover the front desk checking in customers and answering the phone. They rely heavily on what's reflected on the computer while failing to read the actual lab order which stated it was a timed two-hour test and provided collection instructions. Shame on Labcorp for having such a poorly managed location.

Came in, signed into the tablet (which was super easy) and didn’t have to wait at all for my blood work to get done. Staff was really nice. Only thing: it was hard to find that place on maps. There is no description online on how to get there.

Staff is very competent, personable and helpful. I go there regularly for medical tests.

The wait was ridiculously long out the door of the waiting room and staff not helpful. Understaffed and overbooked. Not a good experience.
