I was unhappy with the customer service, i needed help to accomplish my job, unfortunately an employee named Gu who could help me,didn't even get up and guide me. She told me put your document in the slide over there, it was my first time going to this post office so i couldn’t find the slide, i had to wait for minutes to find the slide, i asked her several time could you please help me to find the slid but she was reluctant to even look at me! Kept saying its in front of you. She was two steps away from me!! Finally her coworker came and showed me the slide! Im sorry to say her attitude was not nice at all!

This is one of the worst USPS I have ever seen. You have to call dozens of times before anyone answers. The employees are rude, condescending, and utterly useless. They do not help you and don't even answer questions you ask. They are a total disgrace!

On a Saturday, visited three area post offices to cash a post office money order, including this one, and none of them had enough cash to cash it. Worst of all I had to wait in line each time to hear the answer was no.

There is no parking for this post office. There is a big parking lot next to it but one side has signs all along it saying "no USPS parking provided" & "Verizon visitor parking." The other side of the parking lot says "mattress Warehouse parking only" and that you'll be towed if you violate. It's on a busy Street with busy parking in front. My question is where are you supposed to park to use this post office branch?!? And to warn others that there's no parking.
