Made an appointment, they said I could be seen sooner if I cancelled and checked in as a walk in. They gave me a 90 min wait time. After 2 hours I asked, they said it would be another 30-45 minutes because I was a walk in. So…I’m being seen AFTER my original appointment time, which was not made clear. I recommend going anywhere else where communication is honest and direct, because that’s not here. Oh, and prepare to wait outside because “you have to wait in your car”. Reason? Didn’t get one.

I brought my daughter here today because she is sick and less than 10 mins before our appointment the receptionist tells us to wait outside in the car( it’s cold and raining and I have my 3 children with me ) while 1 other person and their child gets to sit inside the warm lobby that has plenty of space for at least another parent and child!! It’s ridiculous they should let people know ahead of time to wait in car before having to take a sick child in the rain and cold back and forth..they need a new receptionist!!! Also they ask what you think is wrong with your child ,then tell you yeah that’s probably the problem instead of finding the real diagnoses they go with the flow!

I would not EVER go there again. I WOULD GIVE A NEGATIVE STAR IF I COULD. I went there for my 2 year old daughters couch that I explained to Dr S. Newman how serious it was. She blew me off and told me to buy some over the counter meds that never worked in the past. When I told her the prescription that her Dr gave her before she said she wouldn't recommend that. All she did was listen to her chest real quick. If I had not advocated for my Daughter and called her Dr voice service when I got home to explain her situation who knows what could have happened to her. I took her to her doctors office 1st thing Monday morning where she was diagnosed with PNEUMONIA. How that Dr didn't hear that fluid in her lungs is behond me. I would never want to take my daughter back to a place like that ever again. They rushed me out the door with a common cold. I would have never taken her to the dr if I thought it was something as little as that. FOR ANYONE WHO READA THIS DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILD THERE. NO JOKE!!!!!
