I ordered a package from Walmart and I saw that my package was going to be shipped from them and I went to check the reviews because I was curious, I was so fast to contact Walmart about the place just in case of what has been said in the reviews is true. after all that, I decided to give this place a chance and waited 2 WEEKS. As of now I’m tracking it and it’s still at the same place. I haven’t received my package still and I suspect that my order has been stolen by them. if you're receiving an order from this place don’t expect to get it.

LASERSHIP IS INCOMPETENT AND A SCAM - AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Wish I could give 0 stars. Hands down the worst carrier. 2 of the 3 packages I've had "delivered" via LaserShip never arrived. LaserShip refuses to do anything and simply refers me back to the vendor. Latest missing package is from Fashion Nova which is also refusing to accept liability for the missing package. Now I am out the money I paid for the package which I'll never get.

Absolutely the worst shipping company on the planet. Drivers literally just dump your package on any random porch, they then take a picture as " proof " of delivery. When you call customer service to explain that the house in the pic is not yours, the customer service employees will tell you it DEFINITELY is your house. I've lived there 25 years, my house is yellow, bright yellow, the driver dumped it at a brown house. I only have 4 houses on my street, it's not at any of my neighbors houses. Customer service then days " your neighbor stole it " Knowing my neighbors for 25+ years, and the fact the drivers picture is none of my neighbors houses , I'm pretty sure they're wrong. Customer rep says " oh well " and hangs up. This is a $280 package. But UT shouldn't matter if it were only a $1 package Please under no circumstances deal with this company. I'm pretty sure the drivers take random pics of boxes then steal your actual shipment. I've only ever had 3 shipments with Laser and every single package " disappeared " . Once is a coincidence, 3 times is definitely theft.

I now have 3 packages in a month "missing" that were supposedly delivered from this company. Notes on the tracking saying a package left on my front porch and it never was. Security cameras checked and nothing. Customer service is horrific. You cannot get an answer from anyone as to where your package is or where it was actually delivered. Every time I inquire, I am told to go back to the company I ordered from. 3 packages, 3 different companies, and nearly $1000 in merchandise had to be reordered and shipped at the expense of the companies. Why any company uses Lasership for deliveries is beyond me!

I agree with everything that is being said about this company - Laser Ship. I placed two orders from Sephora on different days. Lasership was the company to deliver my packages. I have two different tracking numbers for each order, and both were dropped at the same house. The photo of my packages shows a brown house, my house is white not brown and clearly marked. I contacted about my missing orders, over 200.00 worth of beauty product, and still have heard nothing back. I am out over 200.00 because their drive can't read an address and just drops stuff off at other peoples homes. I have no idea which house my order went to since there are three brown home near mine and probably a bunch more around!
The drivers not post to be doing that & managers start coming at 6a.m.
Because major retailers care less about losing packages than saving money on shipping? Lasership 'lost' a freakin PS5 on me - arguably the hardest item to get in 2021. Why any retailer would be willing to gamble a $400 item with a high resale value to a 1 star shipping company is beyond me, so they must have a sweet shipping deal that makes up for the loss they'll get.
Well there has been issues in the past with packages being stolen only people capable of that are drivers because they're not on camera.
no they don't
