How come I have to call u people EVERY DAY we just had a upgrade yesterday after a month of problems and yet again cabel is frozen this is by far the WORST CABLE COMPANY

My cable was frozen to for awhile I had a cox technician come out check the cables etcetera and. Decided. For me to get a wireless box for the cable and yes fixed the problem..
call to see if my bill could be reduced and was told no. I will soon change my service to another company. Can't believe you can't work with your customers to help them to reduced their cost. I guess you have to many customer!

I call every few months to see if they are running any specials that would reduce the cost..... because you can do that when you're a monopoly.
