Lost my dogs collar after a ONE NIGHT board. Didn’t care. Didn’t take responsibility for it, nothing. Dodged the situation. I really don’t leave reviews on anything but it’s pretty hard to mess up watching a dog for a day. 👎

Saw the great reviews online and so decided to try these folks for doggie day care. What a mistake. My dog is 3.5 and been going to daycare since he was eligible. A bit nervous around unfamiliar dogs at first, but behaves great once he gets used to them and makes friends easily. They made us wait an entire month before giving him a slot, with rules like he couldn't go to another daycare for weeks before his first day--like, I get health and safety, but what is a working person supposed to do in the meantime??? Not their problem, apparently. Well the day comes around, and they then "observed" apparently disqualifying (but not anywhere close to dangerous, the tech herself admitted) behavior that not a single other day care or person who knows my dog has ever reported. They then told my husband that is was actually just a "trial" slot, and they would not be accepting our dog for daycare. We'd waited for a month for the opportunity to have our dog socialize with other dogs only to be told that he was too "nervous" for their program--after we had told them *up front* that it took his a while to get used to new surroundings! When we asked if they would take him for a week to see how he adjusted, they flat out refused. These people are snobs of the worst kind, with absolutely no care in the world how they inconvenience others. My husband and I significantly changed our working schedules so that someone could be with the dog at least every few hours until we could get him into this place, only to be told after just a couple of hours with him that it was all for naught. Maybe it's because we are new to the area, maybe it's because they're basically the only game in town and so feel entitled, but after our interactions with them I'm glad we're not going to be giving them our business. Not worth the trouble and emotional cost.

I always take our dog there for bath and nails done. Very fair price. Friendly staff and caring towards our doggie
