They have signs posted that you need to, but no customer actually needs one, it's not enforced. The employees do wear them.

Absolutely! A receipt is best but they will also put it back on your credit card, bring it with you.
Well as long as you sealed the concrete either tile or slate. Remember there needs to be a subflooring
