The service I’ve gotten here for my passport renewal has been exceptional. The staff is very nice and kind and have been unbelievably helpful throughout the whole process. I don’t know the name of the lady at reception but she’s been absolutely amazing throughout thus whole process. Thank you!

They were very nice both on the phone and in person. They gave us relevant information and when we arrived they processed our papers quickly and were available to answer any questions we have. They even helped us find transport from the embassy. The lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful. Five stars all the way...

Yes you do need a visa. I'm not sure of the cost, it used to be $50

There is a 3 days passport and it costs US $ 250.you have to go to the embassy to get the forms and fingerprints taken .take with you your old passport.birth certificate,ID,to show it to them
