Check the website
Take the documents needed to the embassy with your old passport and they will renew it within an hour or so.
Unfortunately we do not renew CIN at our consulate section in Washington DC
You still can apply for a passport without the father permission, the new law gives you the right to authorize your own child to obtain a Tunisian passport
You can apply for evisa online go to there web sites
Visa Visa
Check the embassy website. You can download it from there.
Please Contact: 1. One of your state's senators' offices. Tell them exactly what is happening, that the same thing is happening to many others, and ask them to intervene on your behalf. This type of request is standard for them. Keep a paper trail of all calls you make and emails you send, so that if you need to show your passport or papers in the future and you still don't have them, you can prove that you have exhausted every possibility and these delays are not your fault. You can also print out these reviews to show that many people are having the same exact experience. ALSO contact 2. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Tunisia. That office oversees the embassy. 3. Tell anyone else you know who is having similar issues to do the same.
I would call USCIS and ask them. They will provide you with the accurate answer.
Based on my discussion with the consular office, there is a special document they can provide you with. Make sure you call them and use extension 124 to get to the consular section directly.
If youre born in Israel, youre Israeli. You might have a dual citizenship but thats about it. If youre trying to obtain a tunisian marriage certificate, the answer will depend on many other factors. You should just marry your tunisian wife in the US and be happy with that, otherwise be prepared to bring the eye of the dragon from the world deepest volcano. Not Effing worth it.
