I’m won’t go into full details since my daughter was allowed back into Luke C Moore school to get her DIPLOMA. Overall, this administration has a lot of work to do regarding our children’s future in DCPS. If they don’t start to take our children’s EDUCATION, LIVES & FUTURE more seriously. I really don’t see most of our children getting what they REALLY NEED TO SUCCEED IN THIS WORLD with the SYSTEM being the way it is now in 2018. So much has to change for our children to become EDUCATED THERE FOR KNOWLEDGEABLE OF WHAT’S REALLY NEEDED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN EVERY AREA OF THEIR LIVES PERIOD.

Hi,you can go to the school you attended and speak with the Administration on obtaining a copy of your IEPs. They should have a copy. I don't know how long they keep them, but it's a start to obtaining a copy,or where you can start. Good luck!:)
No, the State Board does not hold student records. You should start by contacting the school that you attended for your records.
Great questions! Each Local Education Agency hires their own substitute teachers. You will need to contact them directly for more information about their hiring processes.
Thanks for your question! The first step would be to reach out to the Department of Consumer & Regulatory Affairs. Their website is dcra.dc.gov
As long as all of the requirements for graduation were completed, the student should graduate. We recommend speaking with the school to confirm the completion of all requirements.
You can contact District of Columbia Public Schools Records Management Center at https://dcps.dc.gov/service/request-transcripts-and-diplomas or call (202) 576-7756.
Hello! You can obtain transcripts or records from your education in DC public or public charter schools by calling the school directly. You can also fill out a request form online to request your records from DCPS. https://dcps.dc.gov/service/request-transcripts-and-diplomas
Yes
No. Check https://www2.ed.gov/fund/grants-college.html?src=rn
I am not exactly sure what you are asking. The State Board does not verify credits or transcripts. You might try working with your school and the Office of the State Superintendent of Education.
How can I get a copy of my school records
Ms, Martin, typically, the offices of the DC State Board of Education close at 5:30pm each weekday.
