I had a good experience at MetroLab - walked in on a Saturday at 10am, waited about 15-20 minutes, and had very quick and respectful service. The facility was clean and well set up. No parking lot available, but right next to a citibike station and in a decent neighborhood. My only advice, do not bother calling them. They don’t seem to answer their phone, and have different numbers in google maps vs on their website.

If I could give zero stars I would. I have been calling this practice since June 19th. They did not answer the phone for 2 WEEKS, nor do they have an answering machine to leave a message. I sent an email requesting a medical record for school on June 23, 2020. I never received a reply. It is now July 3, 2020. I was finally able to get someone on the phone July 1st. They took payment to complete medical forms but are now pretending they don't recall me making the request. I have spoken to Dr. Halie twice and each time he has a new song on why the paperwork cannot be completed EVEN THOUGH THEY RECEIVED PAYMENT from me. Save yourself the hassle, go somewhere else.
