Great clothing deals down fall is how long you stand in line to pay for your items

I have to share that I always forget about this store and thought I was going to have to go to the mall to buy a dress for a wedding. I almost had heart failure when I got my purchases up to the checkout.. I realized I didn't have my purse!! I hightailed it back to the dressing rooms and told the gal I had left my purse in there.. she made a comment saying I hope it's still there..to my surprise it was!! I know now I won't forget about the store now?!?!

Nice to shop at this location, it was clean & they had a really nice variety of items I haven't seen at other locations. I'll definitely be back to shop at this Ross Store

Wowza, not a pleasant shopping experience. 1) I went over to the changing room where an apparent manager was instructing a new employee on changing room protocol. Said manager apparently didn't like my mask and, unprompted, commented 'Just so you know, we are going back to pre-covid requirements.' To be clear, I did not bring up that topic in any way. I had just walked up and politely greeted them. I ignored the comment entirely. 2) Before allowing me into the changing area, said manager brusquely demanded that I return the clothes back on the right hangers when I'm done. It was not a polite request. It was said with in the manner that you would if you were directing an unruly child. Dear reader, I'm in my mid 30's. It is worth noting that this was an impossible request because not one of the items had a hanger that matched it's actual size. 3) BOTH of the stores only 2 fire exits had low battery alerts going off every 20 seconds. By design, this alert is an intermittent screech which is extremely unpleasant to listen to. You are supposed to find it so unpleasant that you change the battery immediately (which is quite easy to do). Annoyance aside, it's also a safety issue. 4) The register queue area is a mess in the sense that it has about 8 turns in it. It was like something out of a comedy sketch. I used to work in retail management at national retail chain and I can tell you from experience that I would get taken to task if I set up a queue with more than 4 turns in it. I was the only customer in line and having to zig-zag back and forth, back and forth, back and forth while the cashier watched left me feeling silly and embarrassed. That's not a thing you want a customer to feel.

Wear a mask and stay 6' apart
Not on Christmas day
No
Ross is open 10 am to 7pm everyday. Yes you are required to wear a mask because of the new ordinance.
Yes you can return any item purchased from Feb 17th to March 20th with your receipt and get your money back the way it was paid for ie: back on your card or cash until July 1st. After the 1st you can get store credit. 🙂
There is a good chance Ross would have size 3x at a decent price. Clearance prices are hit and miss. And each Ross has different inventory. You have to go look in store.
