Really great service to begin with. Upon moving in, one of the main reasons I chose this storage was because I was told I would get prorated upon move out if it wasn’t at the end of the month due to the fact that I’m military and live in canada. When I had planned to move out the first time that was how it was. Unfortunately, I couldn’t get everything out. Now there are new people running the show and not only did my rent go up without a notice but didn’t reapply my auto payment, are now telling me I have to pay the whole month with it being late because again after asking three months in a row to apply the auto pay the didn’t and they refuse to give a prorate of move out like I was told upon move in. Don’t rent here. Another issue I had with these new ladies that took over is they took my ID in order to use their roller cart, which was the first time I had ever needed to do that. And instead of giving my ID back, they locked up the office and went home leaving me without my ID and I was headed back to canada the next morning but my trip left late because I had to get my card first. No care for the client whatsoever.

Amanda the new property manager is AMAZING! So much friendlier and much better customer service than the previous property manager!! Super attentive and helpful :)

The service has been great. The location is accessible. The cleanliness is remarkable. Obviously prices for storage can be a bit ridiculous anywhere you look, but they were running deals when I got my unit, worth looking into.

I love Trojan storage!!! It’s right around the corner from where I live but they always make me feel like my unit is protected constantly monitoring it and the locking system is brilliant thank you for watching over my unit and the friendly staff makes it easy to deal with problems that may crop up here and there. A wonderful experience overall!!!!
