Just went to this establishment and Bree the assistant manager was very rude does not have a good customer service whatsoever. I have been coming to this place for months and I have never experienced the customer service that I experienced today by Bree the assistant manager who interrupted a conversation that she had no part of.

What happened to West that place was great big change the name and Incorporated a different style more manufacturing and marketing then good old-fashioned let the product sells itself thing. The front door changes a side door it feels like you're walking into something wrong the place is overloaded with stuff too much juice mom too many people now and the choices are just wow feel like you don't know what you want we don't have time to explain. Why is great they have all kinds of pricing for everybody's range. I was bummed I'm not sure if I'm going back it's too far to drive maybe who me next time don't bring your kids there have fun peace I'm out

This place is trash. They sell products with test dates from 2018. Three years old. I’m glad I only wasted $7 there. When I brought my receipt in literally five minutes after purchase with the unopened cartridge they told me it can’t be returned. Even though when I left they told to me take the receipt incase there were any issues. Three year old product is an issue. Since they wouldn’t give me Money back I left the cartridge there. I’m not risking my health for 7 dollars. AVOID THESE SCAMMERS AT ALL COST. If you are familiar with cannabis, you would know that older extracts taste absolutely awful. And leave a terrible feeling within your lungs.
