Great place, amazing people who work there, and great prices. I love being able to order up what I want through dutchie and see the price all together. By the time I get there my order is all ready so I'm in and out fast. *Update still the best place in OC for weed. Don't get how people can give this place a 1 star, must be a bot or a company that's jealous of how good these folks are. I refuse to go anywhere else, either cause the employees aren't well versed in cannabis and give you that stare of "how dare you came into my job while I work" (electric lettuce) or just way to cooperate feeling (kaleafa). These folks care and will do what it takes to see a smile go out that door. Love wild west forever.

Super friendly staff. Worker went out of her way to find out some info for me. Fyi if its your birthday you get 10% off one item and a "small mystery bag." Idk what it is but im excited to find out.

Staff either isn't knowledgeable about inventory- or intentionally lies by omission- about lower priced products. Either way poor customer service! I begrudgily spent nearly $40 more than intended- for medicine, I still needed to buy other things while out. It was so bad- I could not even get ALL the medicine I need! That overcharge meant I was not able to get ANYTHING else I needed that day...All because either the salesman didn't know what was available- or cared more about making a bigger profit- than me walking away- with the amount of medicine I CLEARLY intended to buy. No refunds on this product either- so when I am too ill to work for months now- and leaving the house is very difficult. I just got gouged. If you can afford- to go to any of the many other dispensaries in the area go there. Management refused to do much of anything to resolve the issue- and was condescending so this is where I am now. All could have been avoided with PROPER CUSTOMER SERVICE & EMPLOYEE TRAINING.

I have been to Oregon three times now I have visited a few dispensaries but I think this one is my favorite. Decent selection. Nice bud tenders. The only thing that made me mark four instead of five is one employee was very rude my husband wasn’t wearing a mask even tho another employee had agreed to help us especially when their coworkers wouldn’t. I still came back two times after that but there are ways to decline service or entry to a patron/customer without being rude but the product and other things employees were fantastic ✨
