We are doing a destination wedding so had to do a legal ceremony in state. California apparently makes you use the marriage license in state. Candice is super thorough, and she FaceTimed my husband’s mom while doing the ceremony! Her speech was BEAUTIFUL, the whole ceremony was cute and sweet! She really took it seriously even though they have so many couples go through the process. Appreciate the easy process and the cute ceremony!

I got married few months ago. They were very kind and made my ceremony quick, easy, and special.

I agree with all the reviews! Highly recommend this place! They are wonderful! We also got an appointment the same day. Got married out of the country and needed to finalize the paperwork in California. There have been no appointments to get a marriage license with the court house over the last several months back at home when we’ve been looking. This place has appointments daily and will take care of all the paperwork for you. They also have option to do the ceremony here if you’d like as well. So glad we found them! 🥰

A wonderful experience! My husband and I are not very conventional and this was perfect or us. We were in and out within 20 minutes (as we wanted it). Everyone that greeted us was super friendly and nice. They gave us a souvenir mug and are even going to help me get my green card now. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Yes, in order to change your legal name through marriage, you must show us you valid IDs and if you have a double last name, you may drop one of the names to make it shorter. Can be done in any state, not just CA. If we were to issue you a marriage license and perform the civil ceremony, both of you must be in California in person, no virtual ceremonies.
Sorry to say that both of you must be physically in California to get married in all cases. The county office can do virtual marriages but their appointments are limited. We are open 7 days a week and both of you must sign paperwork in person. Looks like you’ll have to continue to pursue the K1 visa.
We are open all week and you may drop by 10am-6pm. Chances are, we may be there to help you. It’s best to make an appointment to get the time that you desire. Saturdays are very busy days and you may have to wait awhile. Call to set specifics on documents needed.
