Fairly friendly folks over there, but slow. Their policy is "to finish the car that came in first" which is understandable, but does it really take 4 guys to work on 1 car? Two guys were trying to figure out the size of the engine in the next bay over, and the other 2 guys were standing around chatting. What's the point of having 2 bays when you can only work on 1 at a time? Don't they hire enough people to work on both bays simultaneously? Ended up going to the one down the road and they were amazing! Friendly AND fast!

I would never recommend this store to anyone for any type of mechanical work whatsoever. Lubrication services, fine. But do not allow them to work on your car. Thank them for their recommendations and then go to an actual automotive shop for any and all repairs. I had both my air conditioning unit serviced and repaired here as well as replacing the complete rear exhaust system. When my vehicle started making clanking/rattling noises within a few months of this being done, the manager shrugged his shoulders and told me sometimes new mufflers break easily or come with broken parts and that the only way to fix it was to replace it. So I had the muffler replaced, again. When this did not alleviate the problem, I went to an actual certified mechanic elsewhere. They showed me the old and broken connecting part that the Jiffy Lube technicians took out of my old rear exhaust system and then reused with the new exhaust system. It had a cushion that was worn completely through and was so old the metal was rusted and had broken in half--wear and tear damage that would have taken years, not months. It was a piece that cost less than $30 to fix and that the mechanic was able to identify immediately by the sound alone, yet was something that had alluded the entire Jiffy Lube staff. It also was a lot cheaper than that second new muffler the Jiffy Lube manager had told me was the problem. Within a year, one of the parts of the air conditioning broke off and fell out of my vehicle while I was driving. Needless to say, my car no longer has working air conditioning, but the defrost and heat still work, so I have learned to go without--meaning I cannot correctly identify the missing part as it has not been fixed as of yet. And now my check engine light is on. Apparently the "new" catalytic converter needs to be replaced along with the O2 sensor. Both are parts of the rear exhaust system that was supposedly replaced at the Oregon City Jiffy Lube. This place is very sketchy! These "technicians" are NOT certified mechanics. Do not learn this the hard and expensive way, as I did. Save your time, save your money, and put more importance on both your safety and the longevity of your vehicle than by trusting Jiffy Lube with anything besides oil changes.

Nicest staff, very knowledgeable and dependable. Trusted in their tune up, brakes and flush. Always truly satisfied with this Jiffy Lube!

I've been coming here for years with multiple cars. NEVER have I paid 95.00 for an oil change! I cant believe how expensive it is now. It's sad. Pretty soon I won't be able to afford it.
