Great place to stay. Rooms and beds were comfortable. Service is responsive. Personnel very helpful. Restaurant on property very convenient and the food was great. Hotel located across the river so the views were great. Washers and dryers on premise. Conveniently located to freeways and highways. A number of great eateries nearby. Good size refrigerator in room. Microwave and coffeemaker in room too. Tea, coffee and hot water available in lobby. Convenient parking on premise.

Stayed 1 night. The customer service was really good. The bath tub was dirty- I had to clean out the pink buildup before I used the shower. I'm glad I brought my own shampoo so I could use the hotels for cleaning the tub. The refrigerator was very loud off and on and the heater sounded like rocks were rumbling around every time it turned on. Luckily the bed was warm and comfortable.

Booked a 2 bedroom suite for 2 nights. Very much enjoyed the rooms and the responsiveness when I called the front desk for bedding. The king bed was nice, but definitely not as comfortable as many hotel beds I've stayed in (too firm). Hot tub was great being inside. Biggest complaint is lack of Continental breakfast. The hotel gave us two $7 coupons for the restaurant breakfast which still ended up being almost $40 for two modest meals. Almost everything seemed cooked well but shockingly bland. Like zero flavor. The french toast was just plain bad. Overall, would definitely stay again but I'd avoid the restaurant.

The staff was nice, the facilities are clean, and everything works. However, the service doors which separate each room are thin, and have a large gap at the bottom. When our neighbors arrived, they were speaking at regular and acceptable volumes, yet I could do clearly understand their conversations. I dampened the noise a little but placing a towel under the door. If sound is not a barrier to sleep for you, this is a good place to stay. If sound keeps you awake, you might want to look somewhere else.
