Customer service here is APPALLING!!! First off, what part of good customer service includes slamming the drive through window door in someone's face? From the sounds of it, sounds like this place has a reputation for poor customer service. Horrible.

If I could give this place less than one star, I would. I pulled up to the speaker in the drive thru yesterday, June 7th, 2022, and was greeted with a very rude "Go ahead and order." Like, what? What kind of greeting is that? After placing my order, I was rudely instructed to pull up to the first window. The employee didn't even tell me my total. When I got to the window, the employee tried to over charge me by $2. Like, hey, I look at the prices on the menu and I know how to add. This employee was rude, unprofessional, and acted like she didn't even want to be at work. Someone needs to retrain her and teach her about customer service. I will never go to this MacDonald' s again.

Before 6pm and we were turned away at the door. The employee was very rude about it. I should have made them tell my 3-year-old daughter that they didn't want to sell us nuggets

Was told over the intercom it would be a minute...waited over 5 minutes no one in line no one in side so I drove to the window to find Alex a Manager who told me if I didn't like it there were other McDonalds I COULD GO TO!! LOUD AND CLEAR MANAGER ALEX YOU DON'T HAVE TIME FOR CUSTOMERS I HAVE NEEN COMING TO THIS LOCATION LONGER THAN HE HAS BEEN ALIVE AND NOW I WONT BE COMING BACK!! Customer service is no longer at McDonalds!!

Drive through and stay safe! Or stay home and cook for yourself! No one needs to put others at risk and we all certainly don't want to risk contact and bring it home. And wipe off your credit card and sanitize your hands after your card is returned from the worker who is wearing a glove, but unable to change after each transaction for obvious reasons! Thats my take on the covid safety practices, its always in your control, don't assume anything about the practices used by vendors. In fact, I wear my mask at the drive up window because its the right thing to do..especially if you have elderly family your making contact with for a meal soon after you purchase the meals!
