Honestly, its entirely up to each individual artist. Just like a piercer, its their choice if they want to persay morally pierce a minor. If your close i suggest highly going in and talking about the tattoo wanted and her age. Not just calling with one question. Deville Ink folks are really easy to talk to and loving. I agree with Nicole. 18 to go by yourself with proper ID, and 16 with a parent or guardian and you should both have ID. If it's your first piercing of this caliber please bring at least a friend if not parent; you dont know how you'll react, and I wouldn't want you driving if you faint! <--speaking from experience, most piercings are fine but for one I nearly did pass out on the way home

They do take walk ins but call first to make sure the piercer is in. I cannot say for certain that they do nose piercings, though I would be highly surprised if they didnt!

Appointments are a good idea to make certain someone is there to accommodate you but I know for a fact that they always answer their phone during business hours and don't mind you calling to ask questions even on the same day you'd like to walk in.

It varies depending on what part of the body you're getting a piercing on but Josh he's really reasonable with you I say go for it
