A great library. There is respect from the staff, and fellow students. Quite , clean and spacious. I have used this library for over 16 years. Thanks alot to all those who work hard to maintain integrity.

Extremely rude and unprofessional. As an alumni, I paid over $250,000 to obtain a degree from this school only to be told that I am not allowed to use the printing services on campus any longer as there is a fee of $0.04 per page. I tried to print 20 pages which would have cost $0.80 but was told I was not able to because of the fee. Even after offering to pay printing fee of $0.80, I was told they could not help me. One library worker suggested that I go onto the Library's website to access the list of employees I can contact. When I asked her which employees would be best to reach out to, she simply replied "You can figure that out yourself". Considering I do not work at the library, I am not sure how I can figure that out myself without contacting every person on that list until I get an answer. Overall, this has been an extremely disheartening experience given that we, as alumni, are encouraged to come back to campus to take advantage of the resources Loyola has to offer. To hear that I am unable to print out a packet of papers for my LSAT prep course because it costs $0.80 is absurd considering the amount of time, money, and energy I have devoted to this school over the past 4-5 years. From one EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED ALUM, please change your policy regarding printing...
