One of the best medical experiences! Sylvia at the front desk was so helpful, funny, sweet & relatable! Doctor Nora was professional, knowledgable, funny, down to earth and took her time with me! I had a sore throat but I was honestly laughing with them so much. Thank you so much for an incredible experience!

We rushed in with my son having what looked like an allergic rash before closing time. The receptionist was helpful and checked us in, until one of the nurses came and asked the usual questions then she said "next time we close at 8". It's AN URGENT CARE it was URGENT we didn't have a choice. We weren't there for our entertainment. However the doctor was very helpful

They will charge you a few weeks later for things that they said they wouldn't charge you for. Deceitful practices from an Urgent Care Center like this are very frightening. If you have any other options, go there first. It also is a nightmare to get anyone on the phone. They took advantage of the pandemic and raised their prices sky-high. Very disturbing.

Service of doctor, nurse and front desk awesome. But please since 4 pm and I was taken cared of at 8pm. ONE DOCTOR ONLY. And this is Brickell. 4 hours to be taken care of.... ? Not many patients but only 1 doctor.
