Prices were a little bit steep those whose prices are not to keep these days anyway you look at it I would recommend it because it's a good place to stay and there's always room it seems like that you have a great day

Hotel is neat and well kept. Bed was very comfortable too. I paid >$200 per night for a room and it came without breakfast. Very disappointing and unusual for Holiday Inn Express. Also, I had a delayed baggage issue with my airline and spoke with the front desk agent upon check out to have them call me and forward the luggage to my home address and not drop it off at the hotel. Sadly, she did the exact opposite and had the bag delivered at the front desk. That further complicated everything for me. I simply had a disappointing stay here.

Rooms were okay. Breakfast was Ala carte but $10 limited. Not enough vegetarian options. When we took milk instead of eggs or bacon, we were charged good $3 for a glass of milk. Did not like the taste much.

I booked rooms for myself and 2 staff members, unfortunately I had a family emergency. So I, the person who made the reservation, called the front desk and told them I wouldn't be able to make it but the rest of the party would be there and if I needed to fill anything out in order to charge on my card still. She said that it should be fine. Well it wasn't, staff took a half hour to figure out what was going on. Then they billed my staffs cards instead of mine. The desk staff said to email the manager to get it fixed. Well I did email the GM, never received a reply but I was told from a staff member that it would be taken care of. Surprise, it wasn't. Disappointed in the level of service we received over the duration of our stay. I've always appreciated the service we get at IHG hotels, but this was a major let down. They had no hand soap in the rooms for the entire duration of the stay!!! The front desk just said "Yeah, we're out". They didn't have any regular coffee in the rooms.
