Quant peaceful little two story hotel. Shower handle was sticky and the room smelled like smoke. Corona breakfast was a microwaveable burrito that hadn’t been heated up. That was the “hot option”, I wonder if the cerise would be warmer. 3.6 out of five but I’m hungry so I’m rounding down.

We would give 0 stars if possible. The staff member checking us in gave an incredible amount of attitude. She was rude and short the whole time we talked with her. They are currently asking for a $300 dollar deposit, however they don’t mention it anywhere on the website, or when you call. They also refuse to allow one person to pay for 2 rooms. Very confusing and frustrating to reserve a room weeks ahead of time and then have to find a different hotel at the last minute.

Where do I begin? Upon walking into the room, be prepared for the sickly smell of mildew. Hopefully you don't mind too much. The furnishings are basic, but functional. The walls and doors are very thin, so bring earplugs. Just imagine a couple thick sheets of paper as your walls, and you have an accurate idea. Ours had a remodeled bathroom that was actually nice. What wasn't nice was the desk attendant that we spoke with to extend our stay. She had what I can only describe as a complete loathing of assisting people in any meaningful way, and very much showed it. It's a pity because the pregnant woman who checked us in was the exact opposite, both in attitude and action. Hopefully her conduct inspires any co-workers to improve their service quality, but I doubt they care about such things. I didn't expect special treatment as a member of the firefighting efforts, and I didn't get any. I did expect basic manners from staff, but I was disappointed. I'm glad I was able to put this stay on the company card.

The check in staff at the front desk made it a snap to get my room and be on my way. The room itself was very clean. Hair dryer, ironing board, iron, coffee, soap, mouth wash, and a few other things await you. Definitely a comfortable stay. Good for a quick rest before another long road trip.
