The place looks and feels worn down. The two vending machines available weren't working and ended up eating $5. Wasn't able to get that money back. Otherwise, friendly staff and mostly clean room. I've stayed at several comfort Inns and this one isn't one I'd likely come back to

- Room was clean and nice. - Tv had expected channels. - Friendly and helpful staff. - Front desk worker explained deposit of payment to me but still is an uneasy transaction. - Entire hotel appears outdated besides the outside and rooms. - Ice machine didn’t work. - Nice view of homeless outside window. - Insertable Card reader wasn’t magnetized at first so that was a little annoying. - Subpar breakfast compared to other Choice Hotel locations in Oregon. - breakfast area is right in front of lobby - Pool and hot tub was visibly dirty and unappealing which was disappointing because we were looking forward to it. - Hot tub was lukewarm and didn’t bother to dip more than a toe.

Check-in was seamless and efficient. Am delighted to say the lady who was working there on my arrival noticed later that I was a little confused locating my room because it did not share a wall with another room in the hallway, and was situated near the elevator...right under my nose!. The same polite employee noticed on a security camera that I was temporarily ‘’lost’ and took the time to go up to the 2nd floor to make sure I was ok. The room was just right..clean and very comfortable with a giant TV. Bed was really comfortable, too. Breakfast was very good and conveniently situated right up front; check-out was quick and easy. I would definitely recommend this property and will return.

Stayed in two different rooms. Both rooms were great. All clean and spacious. The only negative thing was they didn't change my bedding or towels after three nights like they should have and the vending machine never got stocked it was out of water the whole time I was there. Everything else was great though
