We had a wonderful time here. Clean, workers were helpful and good attitude. The next day the pool was fantastic after a long drive and before hitting the road again. However it would be helpful to put a sign on Hawthorne with your hotel name. Keep up the great work.

Jennifer at Comfort Suites has made the time spent Salem OR. working! Very Very comfortable and welcoming, home like atmosphere. We at NOBULL JON want "thank you" Jennifer for going the extra mile to make our stay here feel like home. So if you get a chance to stay there and if you walk though the doors and you see a big beautiful smile! then you know that you are in good hands.

Hotel was clean, rooms were older but maintained. Pool and hot tub was ok. Breakfast was absolutely horrible!! Don't count on a good breakfast here or anything to drink with your "breakfast". The biscuits were harder then a rock. The eggs were dried out and the pancakes were hard. Was here for a week and every day seemed to have similar issues. They want you to pay for drinks here unlike a normal hotel that provides breakfast. Didn't even have water as an option.

Nice hotel, not a dive but not the Hilton. Rooms are clean and breakfast was good and open and ready before 6:30. Pool was big and clean. Hot tub was clean as well. Parking lot had cameras and there was plenty of parking .
