I shop here regularly for my supplies. Everyone I encounter is knowledgeable and helpful. I like I can bring my water sample in for free testing anytime and get a detailed print out of instructions, if needed. Store is clean, laid out nicely so I find what I need easily. Shelves were bare, chlorine and non chlorine items. Only one person working, heard employee turn people away due to lack of chemicals and no pools! Very disappointed if this becomes a trend!
