Absolutely AMAZING! Typically with these types of stores the employees dont actually know that much about the different animals or their care. That did not happen today. I got the pleasure of talking to Tianna today and she is absolutely wonderful. Very knowledgeable about bearded dragons which is what I needed and very kind and patient with someone as annoying as me.😂 This store will be missing out when she leaves!

My soon took three of our dogs in her about a week ago to the East Wenatchee location to get groomed. We have 3 Pomeranians and had 2 puppy cut and the other lion cut. Now I know that all three dogs had quite a bit of compact undercoat and that it’s hard to fix. Two of our dogs came home looking Pristine and perfect and smelling fairly nice, but my sons dog can back to use seemingly unfinished and smelly of wet dog as if he hadn’t been bathed properly. That night my son had to take his Grooming scissors and clean up a lot of places where it obviously had not been finished. Today my son gave the dog another bath and while our dogs have a lot of dirt in there outside pen he was still very grimy and his fire as been almost stuck together since the day we got him back just from how greasy is fit was. I understand that the grinder was busy but in my Opinion if a dogs appointment ends and there is still little things that need to be done to finish the dogs up you should keep the dog and finish those little things inbetween other dogs. It was just slightly Disappointing to pay $65 for a dog that was incomptely groomed.

I brought my Bernese Mountain Dog puppy for his first grooming appointment this past weekend and was unsatisfied with the service. I wrote a review via the PetSmart survey and was immediately contacted by the store leader via e-mail expressing her concern for my experience. The very next day, Aubry, the Salon Leader, called me to further express her concern. I'm writing this review to praise the excellent customer service of the team at the Wenatchee store. Aubry was extremely understanding and offered a wonderful solution. I wasn't sure if I would bring our pup back again, but after the e-mail and phone conversation with these associates, I'm really impressed and will definitely bring our pup back. Thank you Kim and Aubry. Your concern for our experience is greatly appreciated.
