I can not say enough good things about Goodall. From being the only ones who would take the time to meet with us during the great Covid pool build surge of 2020, to being ahead of schedule. They helped us plan and design and build the pool of our dreams. Now We feel like we are on vacation in our backyard. Pricing was honest and up front at all steps. They answered every (and that’s a lot) of my questions along the way. I have read and heard so many horror stories about pool builders and can not say how opposite our experience was! Goodall was amazing! Would highly recommend them to anyone looking into the pool process! We even decided to add a spa along the way. They were helpful and quick on the delivery. We use them for pool maintenance weekly, so our pool always looks crystal clear. And use the store on Jonestown for testing our spa water!

Hi Jamie, skin irritation like that is usually due to the pH and alkalinity being too low. The best thing to do would be to bring in a water test to one of our store locations and we can tell you exactly what is needed to get your water balanced and safe for swimming.
People know us as a pool supply store, but we are more than that! We provide Pool cleaning services in platinum, gold, standard and economy. Other Pool services include swimming pool installers, spa pool equipment installs and liner replacements. Besides providing pool cleaning in Pennsylvania we are also the experts in everything spas such as part repair, cleaning, and hot tub maintenance.

Generally there are few issues with a hot tub that was kept indoors. Units that are outdoors can have issues with water freezing lines, etc. If it was cleaned at the time it was shut down you should be able to get started again easily enough. Occasionally when a tub is refilled it can have air in the lines which will need to be purged. The manufacturer would have instructions for that or we can help with that question in any of our stores. Please feel free to call or stop in at any of our locations for further assistance.
