We came to check in and was given a welcome letter. I opened letter and asked about a few thing like the breakfast and what not and we headed to our room . We get to our room and the tv is in the threshold of the front room to the bed area so not easy to see at all .the bathroom light shines up the whole sleeping area . We wake up the next day go to our event and come back to a dirty room? So we call the front desk and she says no problem come on down and I’ll give you some sheets and towels and you can change your beds😳. So we go down and yep she has a bundle for us πŸ˜‚. So I ask the lady if there was a reason house cleaning wasn’t cleaning our rooms because I witnessed a lady complaining of the same issue just before me . The counter lady told me we have to request to have our room cleaned😳. What exactly are we paying for? This is why air bnb will ruin these hotels. The shower head sprinkled some water out. I trusted can’t believe this is a Marriott .

We had a 2 night stay at SpringHill Suites. The location was convenient and service was great. We needed some things replenished and our remote repaired. Housekeeping and maintnance were quick to respond. It is a new hotel. We stayed in a king size bedroom on the first floor. The room was a good size, everything was neat, clean and organized. The continental breakfast had a great selection of both hot and cold breakfast foods. The only things that I didn't like were the shower pressure and the bathroom light shines right onto the bed. I also didnt like that there was not a light that was dim enough to keep on overnight. I know thats just a personal preference but may be helpful to families with young children to know.

Bobby was amazing!! He helped a lot when I got locked out of the room and had a great personality:) The rooms were really nice as everything was very clean and modern, the lobby and different areas to chill at were very relaxing as well. Thank you again for the hospitality Bobby!

Nice hotel. Friendly staff. The breakfast is free and pretty good. Not a huge selection. Knocking it down to 4-stars because they charge $10 per night for parking. I’ve only seen that in metro areas where there’s no room for parking. The parking lot is huge, why charge for parking? Seems greedy to me.
