I've rolled in a few times when they've been out of a lot of things due to supply chain issues, but the staff is always polite. They have lately has staffing shortages, but even then, the crew rolls with it. Yes, things may take a little longer, but they have yet to mess up an order.

My dad had the worse experience at this place! He was waiting for someone to take his order. He was waiting for a good 10 minutes until he ask someone to help him out! According to him the general manager of this place was the one who spoke to my dad and the general manager had a nasty attitude towards my father! He yelled at him not only ones but twice! My dad asked for corporates number and he refused to give it to him! I have worked for this company and I know 100% we cannot refuse to give that number! This manager needs better training! Absolutely discussing since I know the company is not going to do anything about it! All they will do is apologize to my father and give him some stupid coupons that we get in the mail!

Ordered 15 piece mini taco pack, got home to find no dipping sauces as advertised on tv. Called them and was told dipping sauces only comes with 25 piece. Was not told this at purchase. I let them know that was the whole reason for trying this. Deceptive of Jack? Update 1/11/22: Tried again to order, this time opting for the 24 piece. When I asked if it came with the dipping sauce, was told yes. I said I wanted it, then was told in drive thru they were out of mini tacos. At window, I asked why they were out of them and was told they have them. I told them that's what I wanted but was told in drive thru they were out, so instead, I ordered the Buttery Jack. Then clerk asked me if I wanted to add them to order, I explained again how I was told they were out. They did not offer a refund of the buttery jack or even a 'sorry about that'. Instead they asked me again if I wanted to add it, I said yes because I really wanted to try them. Minutes later the clerk told me they were out of the ranch dipping sauce, would I take another one instead, so basically was robbed again of the full extent of their sauces. I will NEVER be back, they have lost a good customer.

I ordered the Sourdough Jack. The burger was tasteless & cold. It must have been made several minutes before I got there. The fries were cold & only partially cooked. The cashier was in a hurry. I had to ask him to repeat what he'd said, because he couldn't be understood from talking so fast. He gave no greeting, only repeated my order & price. I won't be returning there on my trip home. Waste of time & money.
