Just went thru drive thru got 4 chaula fries the one I ate had a blonde light brunette hair in it called the store no answer ,I live outside of town if not i would go back for a refund

Ive never had a problem getting the service I needed they should make it right

Call the store tomorrow morning and tell them whst happened they will either offer a refund or another order to replace the one that was messed up

Call the cooperate number that's online or another store to put your complaint on the store, usually franchise stores are connected to the same owner.
