I like our Safeway. Customer service is always great. There are too many displays in aisles. It's so cluttered!! The bathroom needs to be repaired again.

I like this Safeway because people are generally kind and decent humans here. I got a free covid booster and credit for a discount on my next grocery order. However, until recently, I was often forced to avoid this location when I was in a rush, due to not enough staff. They have renovated recently and added self-service checkout, which will hopefully help.

Seems like you have to shop during the day when multiple manager's are working in order to get decent service. The young men working in the evening are rude and don't even greet or thank you. It's almost like they don't want to be there. Grandview's cashiers are far more friendly.
