I wish their shake machine worked more often, but other than that, they have good customer service for the most part, which is rare at a lot of McDonald's!

There are always polite, the food is always hot (SO IS THE COFFEE!) The drive thru moves quickly and efficiently, the inside is clean and tidy.

"24/7" yet I've been here at least 10 minutes in the drive thru and no one will take my order. I can see employees inside, they're just ignoring me and the customer behind behind me.

Y'all need to change y'all hours if the system is down for 30 to 45 mins. And this is not the only location that does this. I have long gave up on McDonald's.... tragic..

They usually close between 5am and 6 am to switch over for breakfast. Depends on the store.
