Went up there today for oil change and alignment after specifically telling the rude guy named Amp that my alignment was still under warranty as they just did one in May and I had to get another one.I left the store and called to check on my car as no one called me to tell me it was ready.I asked him did they do the alignment? after arguing with me Amp proceeds to tell me I'm a liar and said nothing to him about the alignment when I dropped it off,mind u I had also made an appt for these things to be done the previous day so how did u not know?? after he argued with me he hung up in my face.To make matters worse the previous week come to find out today he had did the same exact thing to my fiance.I was told he is training to be a manager and there's absolutely no way he is fit to be that!!!Pep Boys if this is how your employees treat your customers it is unacceptable!!!Me and my family will never bring our cars there again!!!If I could've gave this zero stars I would've!!

Originally i went into this pep boys and wanted an alignment on my car. David the service writer was helpful and i decided to purchase a year alignment plan that lets you get an alignment whenever you want for a year. Got the car back and figured out i needed inner and outer tie rods. So i replaced them and set the toe with a tape measure so i can get it to pep boys. This time when i get there they took the keys and said “it would be done today no problem”. So i thought everything is fine. 5 mins later the service writer (i forget his name) calls me and says they can’t do it because i “changed parts” and the manager won’t allow it. My issue with that is i came and gotten 3 alignments prior to this and changed suspension parts as i went since my front end is worn out and nothing was said and everything was fine but now all of a sudden i can’t get an alignment and i voided my warranty of my year alignment that i paid for. I feel like the shop just didn’t want to do it and threw that in my face so they didn’t have to deal with me. The fact they was allowing me to get alignments with part changes is funny and the fact they never told me the warrenty for the free alignments for a year is ridiculous. I will not be bringing my car back to this location. DO NOT BUY 1YR 2YR LIFETIME ALIGNMENTS BECAUSE THEY WANT YOU TO USE ALL PEPBOY PARTS SO THEY CAN OVER CHARGE YOU. IF YOU USE YOUR OWN PARTS THEN THEY WILL VOID THE WARRANTY AND YOU'LL BE OUT OF 150 BUCKS

Yes they do service cars
Yes, it’s a Pep Boys Tire and Service Center with mechanics for your car but you can’t just buy parts or products for self-service here.
It’s not closing. It is open for an oil change, repairs and for new tires but you can’t buy parts or products directly for self-service.
