I don't go anywhere else for hot tub equipment and supplies. Fantastic customer service. It's gotten to the point where anytime I want to change anything with my tub, be it equipment or chemistry, I call them up as I always get great advice, and just order whatever they tell me to. And they have highly competitive if not the best pricing.

Great people good at solving problems and questions about your spa. Excellent priced parts. I buy all of my spa products here.

There aren't enough stars in the galaxy to give this place. Every time I order something it arrives promptly and well packaged. But today Ryan at technical support went above and beyond to help me diagnose and repair a pretty complex electrical issue that nobody has been able to solve. I will never shop anywhere else for spa parts. Thank you so much Ryan!

I ordered a new spa pack on behalf of a neighbor and did the install myself. It took three calls to support to get the new system working, partly due to a setting that needed to be changed and mostly due to faulty wiring from the prior hot tub system. The calls were answered promptly and the technicians were knowledgeable and polite and were dedicated to getting things working. Ryan in particular went above and beyond. I had ordered from spa depot before and recalled that it was a good experience. I recommend them. My only minor criticism with the manufacturer is that I think the new system should come with extra fuses. I live in a rural area and had to wait several days for replacement fuses to be delivered. Our semilocal hardware stores don't have them.

Why don't you "people" allow more space for a customer to explain a problem????

Brian Toms (SpaDepot) | Aug 17, 2019

We don't limit the amount of space you can use to explain any problems or issues. We're always happy to hear from you via email.

I recently bought a salt water sanitizer. I only ordered one bag of "dead sea salt" because my tub is small--3-400 gal. I could not get it working, as I got the LO salt signal. I dumped a container of Morton Salt into the tub, didn't work.

We're happy to help troubleshoot any aspect of the Saltron Mini salt water sanitizer with you via email or telephone.

Is your company good at retro-fitting an existing bathtub to a Whirlpool Spa inexpensively? We see kits online for $450 plus your install labor and electrical hook-up. If you can do this, we'll call and discuss; or can you recommend another company?

Hi Mark, We specialize in outdoor above ground hot tubs specifically. We don't have many parts available for whirlpool bathtubs, but we're happy to answer any questions you may have via email or telephone.

I have a spa kit and can't seem to keep the timer at a decent temperature I have it set on 1 hour off one hour and I like it to stay at 102 degrees all the time how can I keep it around that temp?

Spa Kit? Timers keep time, not temperature. I'm confused by your question. Could you clearify.
