But today Ryan at technical support went above and beyond to help me diagnose and repair a pretty complex electrical issue that nobody has been able to solve. I ordered a new spa pack on behalf of a neighbor and did the install myself. It took three calls to support to get the new system working, partly due to a setting that needed to be changed and mostly due to faulty wiring from the prior hot tub system. The calls were answered promptly and the technicians were knowledgeable and polite and were dedicated to getting things working. Ryan in particular went above and beyond. I had ordered from spa depot before and recalled that it was a good experience. I recommend them. My only minor criticism with the manufacturer is that I think the new system should come with extra fuses. I live in a rural area and had to wait several days for replacement fuses to be delivered. Our semilocal hardware stores don't have them.
