I went into the olympia autozone looking to replace my car battery. Chris went above and beyond to install my new battery and find the right bolt to hold it down (the original one had been missing for a while). He was patient and explained each step he was taking. Every autozone I've been to has been friendly and nonintimidating for someone unsavvy with cars like myself, but chris really made that extra effort. It was a very positive experience. Thank you!!

Luckily, Autozone made a great call hiring Dean. He went above and beyond any expectations I could’ve had. Replaced my battery for me while answering any questions I had, without hesitation.
