Called about buying a battery & the guy was beyond rude, "I don't have time to install a battery...". When I sd I could install it myself & asked the cost, his answer was, "What did they tell you?" & became irate when I sd the distributor hadn't given me a price, just a list of shops that had the battery in stock. Guess he didn't need the $200 sale. Used to be a great business, no way will I ever recommend this place again!!

Excellent service! Ward was knowledgeable and up front about the work and provided a cost estimate before doing anything outside of the scheduled. maintenance. Would like to see a detailed list of what was included in the scheduled maintenance next time.

My window on my bmw 745li was not working at all and the car was having other electrical issues related to the drivers side door. It costed me a lot but about half of what a bmw dealer would have charged me and they did a good job especially considering they had to take my door panel completely off, happy to say my window works and all of the other issues related to it are solved and you can’t tel anyone ever took the door panel off. I have a few other things I need to get looked at in my car soon and I will take it back to them for that as well. They also changed my oil and flushed the coolent. Good service, trustworthy and they will cost you much less then a dealership by miles

First time in the shop. Tired of waiting for BMW dealer both in scheduling appts and in keeping us in the waiting room due to poor time management. Gave these gentlemen a try and they performed very well. Nice, on time (early) to completion and VERY reasonably priced. Will continue to use them whenever I need service.

would you guys be able to diagnose the problem of my 1984 nissan 300zx turbo

Jacob, they are probably going to have to see it, rather than using crystal ball or ouija power. They did wonders for my 2003 Passat.

Do they work on gas powered smart cars?
